The patient, especially Cudillero-flavored aromatic dishes, is the main prize for special gastronomic dishes. Created with small escualos that recover without salt in the Cantabrian air, this dish has represented the emblem of local gastronomy for generations. Celebrated annually on June 29 in honor of San Pedro, this festival is an opportunity to relive the essence of pijueto. After celebrating the feast, los habitantes narran una singular homilía en este dialecto, fusionando la tradición, el humor y la satira. It is crucial to preserve this unique piece of cultural heritage.

The Casco histórico de Cudillero is like a maze of narrow and winding streets that flow between houses in different tones. One of its most prominent monuments, the Church of San Pedro, is dedicated to the local patron saint. Its humble architecture is a reference for those who want to discover the history of this corner of the sea.
Another important visit is the Humilladero church, Cudillero's oldest building, which reflects history and enthusiasm. A partir de este punto, la travesía puede proseguir hacia la Lonja, lugar en el que still se realizado subastas de pescado, y la Fuente del Canto, un sitio repleto de charmo y tradición.
El Pico, Cimadevilla, la Atalaya, El Faro and Garita offer amazing views, amazing views. In Garita, in particular, you can appreciate the port, the lighthouse and the city in all its splendor.

The environment of Cudillero is an ideal combination between the intense blue of Cantabrico and the energetic green of the peaks that surround the area.
