In order to ensure the sustainability of the association movement, it is necessary to encourage people to volunteer and offer them a pleasant route and support for their formation, integration into organizations with a clear commitment to activities that promote ethical codes and activities. equality of opportunity.
Of course, Solidari@s is part of national professional volunteering movements such as Sport, Voluncloud or RECONOCE and at the same time favors the acquisition of skills as a volunteer by influencing the improvement of their employment level.
We initially joined the Recnoce movement because of the increasingly clear link between the learning and personal development involved in volunteering and improving volunteer engagement over the past few years. This is even more relevant for young volunteers, because of the lack of opportunities and their difficulties in getting into work.
